華星東方承建的吉林省梅河口市生活垃圾焚燒發電項目煙氣凈化工程開工建設

我公司承建的吉林省梅河口市生活垃圾焚燒發電項目煙氣凈化工程于2021年07月25日開工建設。

The flue gas purification project of Meihekou Domestic Incineration Power Generation Project undertaken by our company was commenced on July 25, 2021.

該項目總設計規模日焚燒處理生活垃圾1200 噸。本期工程建設1條600t/d焚燒線，預留1條600t/d焚燒線。分兩期建設。煙氣處理采用“SNCR[氨水]+半干法[Ca(OH)2漿液]＋干法[Ca(OH)2]+活性炭噴射+袋式除塵+飛灰輸送、存儲及穩定化工藝”的煙氣凈化工藝，預留SCR及濕法場地，為我司EPC工程。

The total design scale of this project is to incinerate 1200 tons of household waste per day. One 600t/d incineration line will be constructed in this phase of the project, and one 600t/d incineration line will be reserved. It will be constructed in two phases. The flue gas treatment adopts the flue gas purification process of "SNCR [ammonia water]+semi dry method [Ca(OH)2slurry]+dry method [Ca(OH)2]+activated carbon injection+bag dust removal+fly ash transportation, storage and stabilization process", with reserved SCR and wet site for our EPC project.
